The TJX Companies, Inc. in Nashville is seeking a store professional to execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring a positive customer experience. You will work with a team to process merchandise efficiently, tag and stock items, and maintain store standards.

You will need strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to train others. This position offers growth opportunities within our off-price retail family and a starting hourly pay rate.

Responsabilités

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Organize truck deliveries and prioritize merchandise for the sales floor.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure items are tagged, hung, and properly coded; maintain backroom standards.
• Communicate with management to ensure smooth flow of goods and priorities.
