Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects; physical requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards with efficiency and teamwork.
• Ensures excellent customer experience through engagement and service.
• Prioritizes merchandise processing and placement on the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintains tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
• Coordinates with management to ensure smooth flow of goods to the floor.
• Keeps backroom and stock areas organized and compliant with standards.
• Supports store safety, policies, and programs.
