Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Tyler, TX is seeking a store team member who will execute receiving and merchandising standards, promote excellent customer service, and help maintain a clean and organized store.

You will work with associates to process merchandise efficiently and support store goals. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience, with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates are processing efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded.
• Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor.
