TJ Maxx in Maryville, TN is seeking a customer‑focused team member to support receiving and merchandising standards, ensure quick, friendly service, and keep the store clean, organized, and inviting for every customer. You’ll interact with shoppers, train others, help tag and stock merchandise, rotate back stock, and communicate priorities to the team.

The role requires flexibility for nights and weekends; prior retail and leadership exposure is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensures customer experience is positive and store is clean and organized.
• Orchestrates merchandise processing and flow to sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising principles.
• Ensures proper tagging, hanging, securing, and stocking of merchandise.
• Communicates with management to ensure priorities and progress.
