Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience with 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to keep the sales floor replenished.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, and coded correctly.
• Monitor team productivity and assist with priorities as needed.
• Maintain backroom organization, safety, and cleanliness.
