Job summary

Marshalls in Wilmington, NC is hiring to support store operations, receiving and merchandising standards, and delivering excellent customer service. You will work with a team to ensure accurate tagging, floor replenishment, and a clean, organized store environment.

The role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends, strong communication, and the ability to train others. Prior retail experience and some leadership exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months leadership experience
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Able to multi-task and adapt to changes

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards
