Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to multi-task and adapt to changing directions or unexpected situations.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles and processing.
• Tag, hang, secure, and code merchandise and manage backroom flow.
• Promote safety, comply with labor laws, and support shrink reduction goals.
