Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Clean driving record (no major violations in last 3 years).
• Strong English reading/writing and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Ability to work full-time in-office.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage third-party background screening requests.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Troubleshoot account setup issues and resolve client concerns.
• Serve as primary contact for client communications and support.
• Coordinate fingerprinting services and enrollment assistance.
• Other duties as assigned.
