Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience designing, developing and launching backend systems in Python or Kotlin.
• Familiar with AWS, Kafka, Flink and Kubernetes.
• Ability to translate business problems into multi-component solutions with clean, well-tested code.
• Strong debugging and code-review communication within a large codebase.
• Ownership mindset and proactive growth through feedback.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Break down large projects into tasks and deliver them in phases.
• Collaborate with product management, design and analytics during ideation and constraints.
• Support operations and on-call duties by monitoring metrics and escalation when needed.
• Contribute to team growth through participation in interview processes.
