Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience designing, developing and launching backend systems.
• Proficient in Python or Kotlin.
• Familiar with distributed systems and AWS, Kafka, Flink, Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving and well-tested, extensible code.
• Ability to navigate large code bases and review others' code.
• Proactive about growth and feedback.
• Strong verbal and written communication for global teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Break down projects into tasks and deliver in phases.
• Collaborate with product/ design/ analytics during ideation and decisions.
