Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software engineering experience including TDD.
• Backend development with Ruby on Rails, Node.js, Java, or TS.
• Experience at scale with software, platforms, and infrastructure.
• Experience building CI/CD systems in large environments.
• Ability to balance immediate needs with long-term initiatives.
• Familiar with modern web lifecycle tooling (testing, staging, deploying, monitoring).
• Strong collaboration for large team initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and build robust backend solutions in a microservices architecture.
• Lead development with Ruby on Rails, Node.js, Java, or Typescript.
• Establish high-quality standards for maintainability and reliability.
