Job summary

Procore Technologies is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Frontend) to strengthen the Product & Technology team in Austin. You will own and lead frontend projects, improve architecture, mentor junior engineers, and help scale our web platform used by construction industry.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Object-Oriented Programming and/or Functional Programming fundamentals, Test Driven Development and Design principles.
• 5+ years of experience with JavaScript.
• Strong experience with React or equivalent client-side frameworks and TypeScript; bonus: AG Grid experience.
• Experience with contributing to and maintaining shared libraries.
• Understanding of the tradeoffs between technical, analytical and product goals.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead critical projects within the Procore Construction Financials division.
• Deliver high impact, scalable, and performant features to meet customer needs.
• Help establish standards for development teams and collaborate on initiatives with infrastructure, platform, and other software engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and UX to design and build solutions that delight users and solve critical business problems.
• Leverage our tech stack and AI-assisted development workflows to improve delivery speed and quality.
