The Inn at Little Washington seeks motivated Front of House support staff to uphold a 5-Star, 5-Diamond, 3-Michelin Star dining experience. Assist in daily front-of-house operations, maintaining service areas and dining rooms, and supporting the Front Server.

Responsabilidades

• Enter orders correctly and efficiently.
• Maintain orderly side stands.
• Routinely refill water pitchers.
• Replenish the drawer with proper silverware.
• Consistently clear the section as needed.
• Communicate to the kitchen with the needs of the section.
• Lead resetting within the section.
• Provide house guests with a check-in tour and discuss rooms/history.
• Serve as the Closing Team Leader (CTL).
• Assist the front desk with SOFs, valet, welcome cocktail, etc.
• Demonstrate understanding of Forbes Travel Guide standards.

SUMMARY

Assistin daily Front of House operations to deliver a 5-Star, 5-Diamond, 3-MichelinStar experience to all guests. Maintain all aspects of the service areas anddining room. Serve as a support to the Front Server.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Mustbe at least 16 years of age
2. Mustbe well-groomed and well-presented with no visible tattoos
3. Musthave reliable transportation
4. Familiarity withForbes Standards
5. Ability tocommunicate in a language other than English, preferably Spanish or French
6. Certification inalcohol awareness program
7. Certification inCPR
8. Prior experiencewith Resortsuite and Tock
9. Basic wineknowledge
