Job summary

Good Shepherd Health Care System is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to serve as Clinic Nursing Supervisor for our Specialty clinics team. This full-time, day shift role combines direct patient care with administrative leadership, including staff supervision and education, and Epic EHR management.

The position offers employer-paid medical, dental and vision premiums for you and your family, with a wage scale of $96,299.00 to $155,000.00 per year.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current, unrestricted Oregon RN license. BLS certification.
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and specialty-specific visits.
• Perform wound care, dressing changes and postoperative care as applicable.
• Administer medications, injections, immunizations, and treatments per physician orders.
• Manage Epic InBasket messages and triage patient communications.
• Coordinate referrals and prior authorizations; assist with care coordination.
• Supervise and educate clinic staff; lead department initiatives.
• Ensure OSHA, HIPAA and DNV compliance; participate in quality improvement.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians for coordinated care.
