Job summary

Eagle View Community Health System in Illinois seeks a Clinical Medical Staff Supervisor to oversee back-office clinic operations across all locations. You will supervise nursing staff, manage schedules, monitor daily functions, and ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care.

Under the Director of Operations, you will lead staffing, participate in quality initiatives, ensure proper vaccine documentation, and mentor staff while promoting teamwork, compliance, and patient-centered service.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant or Nursing license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Two years' experience as medical assistant or nurse in clinical setting.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Willing to travel to multiple clinics (Oquawka, Stronghurst, Monmouth).

Responsibilities
