Back Office Administrative Officer to provide essential administrative and coordination support to the Business Assurance team. This role is responsible for managing invoicing and collections follow-up, scheduling audit appointments, and keeping job data accurate and up to date. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to handle multiple administrative duties with minimal supervision.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoicing & Collections
- Support invoices system for services.
- Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients to ensure timely collection.
- Coordinate with the finance team to reconcile payments and maintain accurate records.
- Data Entry & Job Updates
- Enter job details, client information, and audit status updates into internal systems.
- Ensure all job records are kept accurate and current.
- Support client documentation when needed.
- General Administrative Support
- Organize and maintain digital and physical records.
- Handle administrative correspondence related to audits, invoicing, and client communications.
- Provide day-to-day support to the Business Assurance team as assigned.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in an administrative or finance support role.
- Familiarity with invoicing, basic financial processes, and scheduling tools.
- Strong computer skills (especially Excel, Outlook, and data entry systems).
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
