Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Must be able to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and moving goods to the sales floor.
• Ensure back-of-house cleanliness, setup, and organization to standard.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to minimize shrink.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Direct associates and workload; coach and recognize performance.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
