Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in Natick, MA is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House operations and report to store management. The role focuses on directing merchandise flow, maintaining standards, safeguarding assets, and building a collaborative team that delivers results.

You'll supervise daily workload, participate in hiring and onboarding, and drive safety, integrity, and exceptional service while supporting growth within our expanding organization.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/handle/lift merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead back of house processes including receiving, unloading, sorting, and flowing goods to the sales floor.
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup and organization meet standards.
• Reinforce asset protection strategies to prevent shrink.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Coach associates and provide recognition; direct workload and productivity.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning and drive community relations activities.
