Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression process including receiving deliveries and sorting cartons.
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup and organization to standard.
• Reinforce asset protection strategies to prevent shortages.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Direct associates and workload; coach and recognize performance.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
