Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a full-time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the back-of-house/receiving area with the store leadership team.

You will direct loading, unloading, and merchandise flow to sales floor, while upholding safety, cleanliness, and company standards. The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big-box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities to manage a team.
• Ability to direct back-of-house operations and collaborate with store management.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting, and moving goods to sales floor.
• Maintain back-of-house cleanliness, organization, and setup to standard.
• Coach associates, schedule workload, and ensure policy compliance.
