Job summary

Burlington is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor for the Back of House/Receiving area. You will lead the team, coordinate receiving, unloading, sorting cartons, and ensure smooth flow of merchandise to the sales floor, while upholding safety and asset protection standards.

The role requires supervisory experience in a retail or off-price setting, strong interpersonal skills, and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and moving goods to the sales floor.
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup, and organization at standard.
• Reinforce asset protection strategies to reduce shortages and safeguard merchandise.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Direct associates, delegate workload, and monitor productivity and merchandise protection.
• Coach associates and provide recognition; support recruitment, interviews, and onboarding.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
