Job summary

Burlington is seeking a Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House/Receiving area and supervise daily store operations. You will work closely with Store Management to drive efficiency, ensure safety, and protect merchandise as part of a growing national team.

This role emphasizes frontline leadership, teamwork, and hands-on oversight of receiving, stocking, and floor replenishment. Growth opportunities and competitive pay accompany a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in an off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more, and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and flowing goods to the sales floor.
• Maintain back of house cleanliness, setup and organization to standard.
• Enforce Asset Protection strategies to reduce shrink.
• Direct associates and workload; monitor productivity and merchandise protection.
