Job summary

Burlington is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the back-of-house operations, oversee receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting, and circulating goods to the sales floor. You will work closely with store management as a primary leader of the Back of House area.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or off-price environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to lead and coach a team to achieve store objectives.
• Physical ability to move, lift, and handle merchandise (40 lbs+).

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting, and moving stock to sales floor.
• Maintain back-of-house cleanliness, setup, and organization to standard.
• Enforce asset protection and safety policies for customers and associates.
• Direct workload and schedule adherence; monitor productivity and merchandise protection.
• Coach associates, recruit and onboard new team members, and participate in planning meetings.
