Job summary

Burlington is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the back-of-house operations, supervise the receiving process, and drive efficiency with the store leadership team in Las Vegas. You will oversee merchandise flow, ensure cleanliness and safety, and coach associates to meet performance targets.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to move/handle/lift merchandise up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and flowing goods to the sales floor
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup and organization to standard
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to prevent shortages
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration
• Direct associates and workload; ensure productivity and merchandise protection
• Coach associates and provide recognition; assist in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings
• Engage in community relations programs and partnerships
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence
