Job summary

Burlington is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House/Receiving area. You will supervise deliveries, unload, and route merchandise to the floor while maintaining clean, organized back-of-house operations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to move, lift 40 lbs. or more, and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting, and flowing goods to the sales floor.
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup, and organization to standard.
• Reinforce asset protection strategies to prevent shortages.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
• Direct workload, coach associates, and recognize performance.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Engage in community relations through company programs and partnerships.
