Job summary

Burlington is seeking a Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead our Back of House/Receiving operations in a full-time capacity. You will supervise merchandise flow, receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, and ensure back of house upkeep aligns with company standards.

As a key member of store leadership, you will drive team performance, protect assets, and oversee scheduling while promoting a positive, inclusive work environment. Competitive pay and benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or a specialty environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression process (receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and flowing goods to the sales floor).
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup and organization meet standards.
• Reinforce asset protection strategies to minimize shrink.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
