Job summary

Burlington is seeking a Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House/Receiving area on a full-time basis. You will work closely with Store Management as the main leader and director of BOH operations, guiding merchandise flow and ensuring safety and organization on the floor.

As a proven leader, you will develop teams, drive results, and uphold company policies while coordinating workload and scheduling. This role offers growth opportunities across the retailer’s expanding footprint.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in an off-price, big box, or a specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/load/unload store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression process (receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and flowing goods to the sales floor).
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup and organization are at standard.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to prevent shortages.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Direct associates and workload; monitor productivity and merchandise protection.
