Job summary

Burlington is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House/Receiving area and work closely with Store Management to drive efficient operations and strong teamwork.

You will oversee receiving deliveries, unload and sort cartons, and ensure cleanliness and organization while enforcing asset protection and safety standards. This role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or similar environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression process: receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, and flowing goods to the sales floor.
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup, and organization meet standards.
• Reinforce asset protection strategies to prevent shortages and loss.
