Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising progression process (receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, flowing goods to the sales floor).
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup and organization meet standards.
• Reinforce asset protection strategies to reduce shortages.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Coordinate workload and direct associates to maximize productivity.
