Job summary

Burlington is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor for our Back of House/Receiving area in Fayetteville, GA. You will lead the team, manage receiving deliveries, and ensure smooth flow of merchandise to the sales floor while upholding safety and company standards.

As a key member of the store leadership team, you will coach associates, plan workloads, and participate in recruitment and onboarding.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within retail/off-price/big box or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression process (receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and flowing goods to the sales floor).
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, set-up and organization are at standard.
• Reinforce asset protection strategies to reduce shrink.
• Promote safety for customers and associates per guidelines.
• Direct associates and workload to achieve productivity and merchandise protection.
• Coach associates and provideRecognition in the moment.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
