Burlington is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor for our Back of House/Receiving in Garner, NC. You’ll lead the team, supervise receiving deliveries, and ensure a smooth flow of merchandise to the sales floor.

As part of store leadership, you will manage workload, uphold safety and asset protection, and participate in weekly planning. The role requires at least 1 year supervisory experience and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Competenze

• 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or equivalent environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate store operations with a team.

Mansioni

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and moving goods to the sales floor.
• Maintain back of house cleanliness, setup and organization to standard.
• Enforce asset protection strategies to prevent shortages and loss.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Coordinate workload planning and supervise associates during shifts.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Support community relations initiatives through company programs.
