Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor in Fayetteville, NC. You will lead the back of house team, oversee receiving, unloading, sorting, and merchandise flow to the sales floor, while upholding safety, cleanliness, and company policies.

As a key member of store leadership, you will coach employees, plan workloads, and support recruitment and onboarding, driving performance and partnership with management.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or off-price environment.
• Strong interpersonal and positive attitude.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move and lift merchandise weighing 40 lbs or more; stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and moving goods to the sales floor.
• Maintain back of house cleanliness, set-up, and organization to standard.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to minimize shortages.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Direct associates, plan workload, and drive productivity and merchandise protection.
• Coach associates in the moment and provide recognition; assist in recruiting and onboarding.
