Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor in Columbus, OH to lead the back of house team and coordinate receiving, unloading, sorting, and merchandising flow.

You will work closely with store management to drive efficiency and ensure policy compliance. The ideal candidate has supervisory retail experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail/off-price environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression process: receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting, processing merchandise, and moving goods to the sales floor.
• Maintain back of house cleanliness, setup, and organization to standard.
• Reinforce asset protection strategies to prevent shortages.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Direct workload and supervise team productivity and merchandise protection.
• Coach associates and participate in recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding.
