Burlington in South Euclid, OH is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead back-of-house operations under store management, guiding deliveries, unloading, sorting, and ensuring smooth product flow to the sales floor.

You will drive safety, asset protection, and teamwork, coach associates, and support planning, recruiting, and onboarding. This role offers growth, competitive pay, flexible hours, and an associate discount.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in an off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Ability to move/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more.
• Able to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays.

Mansioni

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading/sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and moving goods to the sales floor.
• Maintain back-of-house cleanliness, setup and organization to standard.
• Enforce Asset Protection strategies to minimize shortages and promote safety.
• Coach associates, recognize performance, and drive workload productivity.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning and coordinate meal/break periods.
