Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a retail/off-price environment.
• Strong interpersonal and positive attitude for leadership.
• Willingness to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move, lift, and handle store merchandise weighing 40 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting cartons, and moving goods to the sales floor.
• Ensure back-of-house cleanliness, setup, and organization to standard.
• Reinforce Asset Protection and drive productivity in the team.
• Coach associates and provide recognition; direct workload and staffing.
