Job summary

Burlington is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House/Receiving team in our West Valley City, UT store. You will supervise deliveries, organize stock, and work closely with Store Management to keep the store running smoothly.

The role develops leadership skills, supports safety and asset protection, and provides opportunities for growth within a national retailer. You’ll train and coach associates, plan workloads, and help maintain excellent customer

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or off-price environment.
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced store setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receive deliveries, unload and sort cartons, and move stock to the sales floor.
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup, and organization to standard.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to prevent loss.
• Promote safety for customers and associates according to guidelines.
• Direct associates and manage workload for efficiency.
• Coach and recognize team performance.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Support community relations initiatives and partnerships.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
