Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty retail.
• Strong interpersonal and engaging communication skills.
• Full-time availability including nights, weekends and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting, and flowing goods to the floor.
• Maintain back of house cleanliness, setup and organization to standard.
• Enforce Asset Protection strategies to prevent shortage and protect merchandise.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Direct associates and workload, ensuring productivity and accountability.
• Coach associates and provide recognition for performance.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Support community relations programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
