Burlington Stores in West Jordan, UT is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House operations and coordinate with Store Management. This role serves as the main leader of the back room and is a stepping-stone to management within our growing organization.

The position emphasizes directing receiving and merchandise flow, maintaining cleanliness, safety, and teamwork while driving productivity and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty environments.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to move, lift, and carry merchandise weighing 40 lbs or more; stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising progression process from receiving to sales floor.
• Ensure back-of-house cleanliness, setup, and organization meets standards.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to reduce shrink.
• Promote safety for customers and associates per company guidelines.
• Coach and recognize associates; direct workload and staffing.
