Burlington in Fort Myers is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the back of house operations, including receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting, and flowing goods to the sales floor while partnering with store management. This leadership role is a stepping-stone to management within our growing organization.

You will guide and coach associates, uphold safety and asset-protection standards, and participate in weekly workload planning, scheduling, and onboarding to help

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within an off-price, big box, or a specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more, and to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Lead merchandise progression process (receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and flowing goods to the sales floor).
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup and organization are at standard.
• Reinforce asset protection strategies to reduce shortage.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
• Direct associates and workload; accountability for productivity and merchandise protection.
• Coach associates in the moment and provide recognition.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
