Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead Back of House operations and serve as a key member of the store leadership team in Florida.

You’ll supervise receiving, sorting, and moving merchandise to the sales floor while maintaining standards and partnering with Store Management. This role requires a proactive leader who can coach associates, promote a safe and inclusive workplace, and drive results through effective staffing and workload planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move, lift 40 lbs+, and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression from receiving to floor-ready stock.
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup and organization to standard.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to prevent shrinkage.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Direct associates and workload; coach and recognize performance.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Support community relations through company programs and partnerships.
