Job summary

Burlington Stores in Sheridan, CO is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House operations.

You will direct receiving, unloading, and sorting of merchandise, maintain back-of-house organization, and coach team members to meet safety and performance standards while coordinating with Store Management.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price/big box or specialty retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression process (receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and flowing goods to the sales floor)
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup and organization to standard
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to minimize shortages
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines
• Direct associates and workload; coach and recognize performance
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing and onboarding new associates
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings
