Job summary

Chick-fil-A Flatiron FSU in Superior, CO seeks a Shift Leader to guide a fast-paced team and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will oversee daily operations, delegate tasks, coach teammates, and ensure food is served with care.

The role emphasizes initiative, strong communication, reliability, and the ability to open/close and manage cash. Training and growth are available through local Operators.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in executing daily operations and ensure guest needs are met

Qualifications and Requirements:

Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Stand for up to 8 hours per day

Bend, twist, and utilize a ladder

Be physically active for long periods

Being outside in all‑weather situations
