Job summary

Carolina's Mexican Food, Inc. in Peoria, AZ is seeking a Back of House Team Member to support our kitchen with food prep, cooking, and dishwashing. You will help ensure smooth operations and maintain high sanitation standards.

The role offers flexible tasks, team-oriented environment, and opportunities to learn various kitchen duties. Prior kitchen experience is preferred but training is provided, with compensation $14.70–$18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen operations preferred; training will be provided.
• Bilingual preferred but not mandatory.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain a food handler certification.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation: wash, cut, marinate ingredients and prepare tortillas.
• Cooking: assist in cooking and assembling dishes following recipes.
• Cleaning and maintenance: keep kitchen clean and sanitary and wash dishes.
• Equipment handling: use and maintain kitchen equipment and report malfunctions.
• Support duties: assist other kitchen tasks during peak times.
