Carolina's Mexican Food, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Back of House Team Member to support our kitchen operations. Duties include food preparation, cooking, cleaning, dish-out line, and dishwashing to ensure efficient service and compliance with health standards.

We value teamwork, adaptability, and attention to detail. Prior kitchen experience is preferred but training will be provided, and candidates should be willing to obtain food handler certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Bilingual preferred but not mandatory.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain relevant food handler certifications.

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: assist with tortillas and ingredient prep.
• Cooking: participate in cooking and assembling dishes following recipes.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: keep kitchen clean and sanitary; wash dishes; maintain stations.
• Equipment Handling: use and maintain kitchen equipment; report malfunctions.
• Support Duties: assist with various tasks to ensure smooth operations during peak times.
