The ideal candidate adapts to busy shifts, follows recipes and health guidelines, and collaborates with a team to maintain smooth kitchen operations. Training is provided for specific duties.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Kitchen Operations preferred but training will be provided.
• Bilingual preferred but not mandatory
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in food service
• Must possess or be willing to obtain food handler certifications

Aufgaben

• Food Preparation: Assist with preparing tortillas and ingredients for cooking, including washing, cutting, and marinating.
• Cooking: Participate in cooking and assembling dishes as needed, following recipes and kitchen directives.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep the kitchen area clean and organized, maintain hygiene per guidelines, wash dishes, and upkeep stations.
• Equipment Handling: Use and maintain kitchen equipment, report malfunctions or safety issues to the kitchen manager.
• Support Duties: Assist with various kitchen tasks to ensure smooth operations during peak times.
