Carolina's Mexican Food, Inc. is hiring a Back of House Team Member in Peoria, AZ. You will assist with food preparation, cooking, and kitchen maintenance to support smooth restaurant operations.

Responsibilities include tortilla prep, recipe-based cooking, dishwashing, and equipment upkeep. Prior kitchen experience is preferred but training is provided; bilingual ability is a plus. Compensation ranges from $14.70 to $18.00 per hour with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen operations (preferred, training provided).
• Strong teamwork and communication in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Adaptable to varying tasks and focus on quality.
• Attention to cleanliness and safety in food prep.
• Must have or be willing to obtain food handler certifications.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation: washing, cutting, marinating ingredients and tortillas.
• Cooking: assist in cooking and assembling dishes per recipes.
• Cleaning & maintenance: keep kitchen clean and organized, sanitation compliant.
• Equipment handling: safely use and report malfunctions.
• Support duties: assist other kitchen functions during peak times.
