Job summary

Chick-fil-A The Rim in San Antonio seeks an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead back-of-house operations with a focus on service excellence. You will supervise team members, open or close, and ensure recipes, temperatures and tickets are read accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, inventory management, and coordinating truck orders while upholding ServSafe standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of kitchen leadership experience
• Passionate about food quality, customer service, and guest experience
• Growth mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• Food Service or QSR Management experience preferred
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have reliable transportation
• Able to work various shifts including weekdays and Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Assist leadership in all aspects of kitchen operations for back of house
• Supervise team members and team leaders for each shift
• Open or close restaurant following procedures
• Ensure food prep follows Chick-fil-A and ServSafe standards
• Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, inventory and truck ordering
• Maintain cleanliness and adherence to policies
• Provide direction and feedback to staff
• Communicate performance issues to leadership
