Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting food to high standards.

You will manage staff performance, enforce policies, and drive safety and quality in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The role emphasizes coaching, line checks, inventory control, and developing team members while delivering consistent results and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Experience overseeing back-of-house operations and food prep.
• Strong leadership and staff development abilities.
• Ability to enforce policies and maintain guest safety.
• Proven track record in controlling food costs and labor costs.

Aufgaben

• Supervising and overseeing the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures
• Enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
• Directing productivity to monitor and maintain efficient food item ticket times
• Managing performance of Back of House employees, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Assisting with development of key employees and hourly staff with daily feedback
• Training Back of House staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring Back of House staff or making recommendations to hire
• Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values and goals
