Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory is seeking a friendly Cashier in Concord, NC to support high-volume take-out service. You will greet guests, process orders, handle payments, and assist with app-based orders while maintaining accuracy and a warm service mindset.

Responsibilities include assisting with desserts and drinks, keeping the front and take-out areas organized, and contributing to a positive guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Restaurant, hospitality, or food service experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in person and by phone, delivering a positive carry-out experience.
• Answer phones and assist guests with questions.
• Use menu knowledge to make recommendations and handle allergies.
• Assist guests with the app for placing or picking up orders.
• Enter orders accurately using a POS system and process payments.
• Pack orders carefully with speed and attention to detail.
• Support team by assisting with dessert finishing and drink preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashier and take-out areas.
• Complete closing tasks and side work with ownership.
• All duties performed with a helpful, patient attitude.
