Chick-fil-A Arvada is seeking a Back of House Director to lead kitchen operations, ensure top quality food, and foster a positive, team-focused environment. This full-time role requires hands-on leadership, staff development, and adherence to Chick-fil-A standards.

You will oversee station assignments, inventory, safety, and training, while maintaining exceptional guest experiences. The position offers growth opportunities, a schedule with Sundays off, and competitive compensation with tenure

Qualificações

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Director level availability day and hours as required.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Education: High school diploma required; hospitality/culinary degree is a plus.
• Serv Safe or equivalent food safety certification; willingness to obtain certification.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations and supervise their operations.
• Stock inventory and keep the kitchen clean and organized.
• Stay up-to-date with new products and changes from Chick-fil-A.
• Lead teams, implement policies, and drive successful operations.
